For the years 2024-2028, DOPI establishes the following goals and objectives:
GOAL 1: Provide and sustain Quality TVET
Objective 1: Provide and sustain excellence in TVET through quality training provision.
Objective 2: Produce productive employable graduates.
Objective 3: Offer qualifications with higher NCs (III, IV, V/Diploma Programs)
Objective 4: Apply for third party accreditation.
GOAL 2: Develop the culture of research and inclusivity
Objective 1: Produce technology and social researches.
Objective 2: Foster an inclusive environment that ensures social and gender fairness.
GOAL 3: Modernize and upgrade the training facilities and equipment
Objective 1: Expand the capacity and quality of training facilities
Objective 2: Establish a computerized student record management system.
Objective 3: Construct and repair school facilities
GOAL 4: Institutionalize Extension Services, Mobile Training Programs and Community Social Services.
